During harvest season in Mendoza, most wineries offer tourists more or less the same experience. The challenge was to break that familiar postcard and create something that would truly democratize it. So Bodega Dante Robino created “Grape Credits”: every kilo a visitor harvests is weighed on a scale certified by a notary and turned into credit redeemable for more wine. Basically, everything you pick in their vineyard, you take home in bottles of Malbec, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc.
