When gaining visibility is also a gamble
At the Olympic Games, out of 136 participating Argentinian athletes, only 33 were women – a scant 24%. Yet, beneath that statistic lies immense talent, compelling stories, unwavering effort, and boundless potential.
Guided by this insight, we chose to redefine the game's rules: for this particular event, those who placed their bets on our female athletes would receive an enhanced payout. This wasn't intended as a financial bonus, but rather as a symbolic act to draw attention to a disparity that continues to exist.
The campaign was brought to life digitally, featuring prominent sports personalities who encouraged the whole community to shift their perspective. To make choices rooted in appreciation. To bet, certainly, but also to acknowledge, uplift, and amplify their presence.
Because when representation is uneven, our communication must not remain neutral.
